Still qualified. Still ignored. Not anymore.
The hiring system is built to screen you out. Job Beast is built to get you past it. It takes the age signals off your resume, then writes to the person who owns the role.

You’re not being rejected. You’re being filtered.
Software reads your application first. It never meets you.
So Job Beast stops feeding the filter. It finds the person who owns the role and writes to them directly.
The deck is stacked. Here's how.
The Numbers Don't Lie
64% of workers over 50 have run into age discrimination while job hunting. 97.8% of Fortune 500 companies screen applications with software first. That is not a coincidence. That is a system working as designed.64%of workers over 50 have experienced age discrimination. 74% believe their age is a barrier to hiring managersAARP, 2025100+job applications rejected by AI — a federal court certified a class action against WorkdayMobley v. It's Getting Worse, Not Better
Companies used to filter on keywords. Now they use models trained on years of past hiring. If the pattern in that data is a 28-year-old from a top-10 school, you do not match the pattern. No human ever sees your resume.0.3sis all it takes for AI to screen your resume. Nobody's Coming to Fix It
Companies have promised to fix bias for a decade. It has not worked. Fiona Young of Hive Learning put it plainly: ‘It's almost impossible to strip people of their personal bias. It's deeply ingrained from a very early age.’ Waiting for the system to change is not a strategy.41%rise in EEOC age discrimination complaints since 2022. Review Matched Opportunities
Every match is rated and researched. Each one comes with a real contact at the company. A person, not a careers inbox.
The Beast Reaches Out
Your message goes out from your own Gmail. Replies are tracked. Follow-ups are suggested. Silence is handled.
Fight back with precision.
Go around the wall
For every role, the Beast finds the person who owns it. Then it writes to them about you, for that job.
While the screening model sorts you out, you are already in front of the person who decides.
Take the age signals off the page
Resume Studio reads your resume the way a screening model will. Graduation years, dated tooling, decades-long timelines. Each one comes back as a card you accept or skip.
Nothing is hidden and nothing is invented. Your experience stays. The tells that trigger a filter do not.
Precision, not volume
The Beast scores every role against your resume, researches the company, and picks the right contact.
A handful of good messages. Not a mass blast. That respects your time and theirs.
Built by someone who lived it
Job Beast was built by a founder who hit age discrimination himself, in his forties.
Every application moves through thirteen stages, from first contact to final outcome. Your whole search, documented.
The whole search. Not just the sending.
Four things have to go right. Job Beast handles all four.

How to read these numbers
The range is a ladder, not an average. A genuine vouch is measured at around 40% to interview, roughly 13× the ~3% direct-apply rate. An excellent cold message to the person who owns the role sits nearer 5 to 10%, and that figure is estimated. A warm introduction to the hiring manager tops the ladder at an estimated 40 to 60%.
Job Beast works the same ladder, so it shares the same numbers. What it changes is how many roles you can climb it for. See every rung, with sources.
Turn Auto-Apply on and your strongest matches go out on their own, at a match level and a daily cap you set. Leave it off and you read and send every one yourself. Either way the work behind each message is the same.
Your experience becomes an asset the moment a human sees it. Here's how to make sure one does.
