This is Joe. Joe found the perfect job. So Joe applied.

Days go by. Weeks. Nothing.

So did everyone else. A machine skimmed it and filed it under "no."

Yeah. Nobody read it. Come on, let’s go meet the person who actually decides.

Job Beast runs the search for you. It finds the roles you’re genuinely right for. Then it checks who you already know inside. A friendly hello beats any pile of paperwork.

No one there? It finds the person who owns the role and writes a message worth answering.

You read every message. You approve it. Nothing sends without you.

It sends from your own Gmail. No reply? It follows up or finds another door.

Everyone else makes you choose between scale and quality. Job Beast writes the good one for every role that fits you.

There he is. The person who actually decides.

That is the difference. Create human pull first. Apply later as paperwork.

  • It finds the right person. No one in your network there? It researches the company and picks whoever owns the role.
  • It writes the message. Every email is built from real context. You, the role, the company. Read it, edit it, send it.
  • It tries again. No answer? The Beast finds a different contact and drafts a fresh approach.

The Job Beast mascot at a laptop, the whole search running out of it — documents, company research, contact discovery, messages and replies — over a stack of approved resumes

That's the whole search, start to finish.

Nobody has time to do that list properly for fifty roles.

By hand you get a few good applications, or a pile of weak ones. Never both.

This is how every one of them gets the good version.

You're not the problem. The hiring process is.

Millions of qualified professionals are being filtered out before a human ever looks at their resume.

Resume being rejected by automated screening

The AI Screening Wall

For years, companies used Applicant Tracking Systems to filter resumes by keywords and formatting rules. Qualified candidates were rejected because their resume didn't say the right words in the right order.

Now it is worse. Employers have added screening models trained on years of past hiring. That data carries the same biases the system was meant to fix. Today's gatekeeper is not a keyword filter you can game. It is a black box that scores you on patterns of who got hired before. If you do not fit the pattern, you are out. And you will never know why.

The Bias Layer

Even past the AI screening, recruiters often lack the domain expertise to evaluate candidates fairly. They scan for keywords and stick to narrow profiles. The result: unconscious bias filters out people who'd excel at the job.

“It's almost impossible to strip people of their personal bias. It's deeply ingrained from a very early age.”

— Fiona Young, Hive Learning

The Silence

You apply. You wait. Nothing. Most applicants never learn why they were rejected, or that no human ever saw their resume.

Experienced professional, recent graduate, or rebuilding your career. The system works the same way against all of you.

There's a way around it. The Job Beast playbook shows you how.

You get both. Scale and quality.

Everyone else makes you choose: scale or quality. Bulk tools give you volume with nothing behind it. Done-for-you services give you quality, a few roles at a time. Job Beast does the research, finds the person and writes the message. On every role that fits you.

How to read these numbers

The range is a ladder, not an average. A genuine vouch is measured at around 40% to interview, roughly 13× the ~3% direct-apply rate. An excellent cold message to the person who owns the role sits nearer 5 to 10%, and that figure is estimated. A warm introduction to the hiring manager tops the ladder at an estimated 40 to 60%.

Job Beast works the same ladder, so it shares the same numbers. What it changes is how many roles you can climb it for. See every rung, with sources.

Turn Auto-Apply on and your strongest matches go out on their own, at a match level and a daily cap you set. Leave it off and you read and send every one yourself. Either way the work behind each message is the same.

Built for trust from day one.
